For select projects,
Jeffrey Finn Productions will extend our General Management
services to assist a producer, or a team of producers,
in the creation of a new or developing production.
In
serving solely as the General Manager of a project, JFP
will oversee the day-to-day ongoing business affairs of
the project including, but not limited to: preparing budgets;
advising, negotiating and executing contracts on Producer's
behalf for the actors, director, choreographer, designers,
musicians, and production team personnel; setting up payroll
services and other departments including legal and accounting;
determining tech and load-in schedules and all technical
rentals; handling discussions and negotiations with unions;
arranging for studio and all rehearsal requirements; advising
on publicity, marketing and advertising; working in conjunction
with the theatre, and other partners of the production;
and overall consulting and availability to the Producer.
